Srinagar, Jan 17 : DAP leader and DDC BK Pora Budgam Saima Jan said that this is the time to stand up and fight for the rights of the people of Jammu and Kashmir, while under the Roshni Act, the land was was allotted by the legislature erstwhile of the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
