Srinagar: Social activist Farhan Kitab today appealed to the administration to expedite the search operation for 12-year-old Numan Gowhar, a resident of Nayi Sadak Habakadal, who drowned in the water near Habakadal New Bridge.
The boy’s body has not been recovered yet, and the family is in a state of distress. Farhan Kitab urged the administration to mobilize all resources to trace the missing boy and provide relief to the grieving family.
“The family is going through a difficult time, and it is our responsibility to support them in this hour of need,” Farhan said. “I request the administration to leave no stone unturned in finding the missing boy and providing closure to the family.”
Farhan Kitab also demanded that the administration take measures to ensure the safety of the people, especially children, near water bodies and bridges.
