Nighat Mir extend warm greeting to people on Navroz-e-Aalam. Baramulla, March 20: Nighat Mir councillor of MC Baramulla has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Navroz- e -Aalam. In a statement issued here , Nighat Mir has greeted people on the occasion of navroz – e – Aalam which marks the onset of spring in Persian calender, acts as harbinger of peace and prosperity.
