Sheikh Nasir Advocate, State Secretary JKPDP shows concern over lapse of funds under Capex. He has said that District Development Council Kishtwar has failed to utilize about 50% of Capex budget in the first financial year. Nasir has said that due to laxity and irresponsible attitude of elected members the funds released for development works got lapsed. He has asked these members to explain who will compensate this loss
