Women were honored on Women’s Equality Day by the ICCI On August 26, 2022, the Inventivepreneur Chamber of Commerce and Industry held anevent in honor of Women’s Equality Day in Delhi.The event began at 3 PM on the following day, at the NCUI Auditorium & Convention Centre, 3,August Kranti Marg, New Delhi. The attendees were prominent personalities from differentwalks of life and representatives from the ICCI. Entrepreneurs, singers, social workers, activists,and actors graced the event in the presence of Rishabh Malhotra, VP of ICCI, and Dr. RitikaYadav, chairperson of ICCI. Our program partners were SIDBI, PTC Channel, Punjab Kesari,ICMEI, Aadhi Abaadi, Clean India Venture, and Kissan Gurukul.The renowned guests were Tripti Somani (Founder of Womennovator), Monika Kapoor(Founder and CEO of Skillshare India), Gurbhej Singh (Directorate of Prosecution Govt of N C TDelhi), Abhishek Gupta (Founder of Clean India Venture), Rakhi Softa Sharma (Founder andChief of operations of I empower leaders Pvt Ltd) and numerous well-known individualsattended the event.The event celebrated the spirit of women empowerment in India through a platform that bringstogether unique stories of the success and achievements of women leaders and socialentrepreneurs. Women’s Equality Day honors the accomplishments of women’s rights activistsand serves as a reminder of the particular daily hardships that women go through. This initiativeis aimed at celebrating women’s qualities of integrity and dedication by providing knowledgetransmission to the industry and government officials, who can then use this information toprovide support.“ Women need to be skilled.
