Today on 06-09-2022 Mela is organized by Vasukinag Mandir committee at Block Duggan Tehsil Bani District Kathua in which Parshotam Amit Manhas (Chairman Acharya Sri Chander Group of Institute’s Jammu & Senior Leader BJP) , Aadil Manhas ( M.D Acharya Sri Chander Group of Institute’s Jammu), Manu Manhas, Shikha Manhas, Aradhya Manhas & Aadish Jamwal was the Chief Guest at the valedictory function. Manhas visited various stalls put up by the mandir committee and interacted with the committee members Dhani Ram (Sarpanch), Desraj (Ex Sarpanch), Asha Rani (Head Mistress High School Duggan, Bhushan Singh, Kuldeep Parihar, Jeevan Lal, Romesh Kumar, Vikram Kumar, Daleep Singh, Sanjay Kumar, Rajesh Parihar & other members of committee who were managing the stalls. While speaking on the occasion, Manhas said that involvement of youth in religious/ social services is imperative to imbibe love for humanity among them which is need of the hour. Manhas applauded the efforts of Mandir Society in organizing this mela function start with a colourful cultural programme depicting state’s rich cultural heritage besides folk dances of different regions of the Bani Area were presented by the Singer Poonam Bhardwaj & Team from Himachal Pradesh.
On the occasion, distinct cultural ethos, traditional values besides large number of people.
Manhas also visited Vasukinag Temple and paid obeisance there. He prayed for the betterment and welfare of the people of the Bani Area.
