    Acting on a credible source information and maintaining watch for a prolonged time three persons namely (1) Bimal Ojha, (2) Aman Kumar Tiwary and (3) Vimal Kumar Dudani were intercepted near 40/1, Strand Road and from two bags carried by them, Rs 43,500,00 was found for which they could neither furnish any valid documents nor render any satisfactory answers. Hence after seizure they were taken into custody to initiate a case in Burrabazar P.S. U/S 41 Cr.P.C. to wit a case U/S 379 I.P.C.
