Comedian-Actor GM Bujjal Honoured for Outstanding Contribution to Drug Awareness.

Renowned comedian and drama artist GM Bujjal was honoured with an Award of Honour and a Certificate of Appreciation for his outstanding contribution to spreading drug awareness. The recognition was jointly conferred by Shahr-e-Khaas Literary & Cultural Welfare Society and Angel’s Cultural Academy.
GM Bujjal delivered a remarkable and impactful performance at Tagore Hall, where a large audience gathered for a Drug Awareness Programme organised by the two cultural organisations in collaboration with the J&K Excise Department and the Jammu & Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages (JKAACL) on 15th November 2025.
His performance, widely appreciated by attendees, highlighted the rising challenges of substance abuse and the urgent need for collective social responsibility.
Organisers praised GM Bujjal for using his artistic talent to communicate a powerful social message and for his continued efforts toward promoting cultural and social awareness in Jammu & Kashmir.
